Cake Transport Tips
- “Glue” the cake to the cake board using a small bit of frosting or icing
- Cakes need to be transported on a flat surface. The packaged cake should go on the floor of the front seat passenger side
- Use a cake box the same size as the cake board. Use a cake board 2″ – 4″ larger than the cake. This stops the cake board slipping and sliding in the box and smudges and dents from the side of the box.
