Delivery Option
Description
Click & Collect (South Croydon) – £1.50 (free over £12.50)
Orders placed before 4pm are available for next working day collection from Tudor Library, 224 Addington Road, Selsdon, South Croydon, CR2 8LD. Please wait for an email confirmation before coming to collect your order.
Collection Hours:
Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm,
Saturday 8:30am – 5pm
Sunday 10am – 1pm
When collecting your order, go to the main shop counter counter and let them know your collecting an order from Cake Stack. Please provide your order number & the name on the order. You may also need to provide identification. The following forms of ID are accepted: Passport, Driving licence & Bank cards.
Your order will be held for 2 days. If not collected within this time, it will be automatically refunded, with a £1.50 holding fee deducted from the total.
Royal Mail Standard Delivery (2nd Class) – £3.99 (free over £30)
Standard second-class service. Delivery aim is 2-3 working days once dispatched. Please note your order will be dispatched within 1-2 days
Royal Mail 1st Class – £5.99
Standard first-class service. Delivery aim is 1-2 working days once dispatched, Please note your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days
Returns & Refunds
Changed your mind?
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. We offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee on all eligible items, excluding edible products. Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Return Fees:
- £3.99 for returns sent via post
- £0.99 for items dropped off at our designated drop-off location
- Free returns for defective or damaged items
To begin a return, please contact us at info@cakestack.co.uk. We’ll provide you with a downloadable return label to print and attach to your package.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be new, unopened, in their original packaging, and a saleable condition.
- Your return must include the invoice or order number.
- Please allow 14 days for us to process and issue your refund once we receive your items.
Replacement Policy
If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, faulty, or with missing items, please contact us at info@cakestack.co.uk. We’ll arrange for the items to be returned using a prepaid return label provided by Cake Stack. Once received, we’ll send your replacements at no additional cost, using the same delivery method selected with your original order.
