An almond paste made using a blend of sweet and bitter almonds, with added humectant and preservative. Neutral Marzipan is suitable for covering cake, or as an added layer underneath icing.

Sugar, Almonds (25%), Glucose Syrup, Water, Invert Sugar Syrup, Humectant: Sorbitol; Preservative: Potassium Sorbate.
