8. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of placement. After this, if your order has already been processed, you will need to wait for delivery and initiate a return.

9. Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 working days if products are unused and in original condition. Contact info@cakestack.co.uk or 07920 058003 to arrange a refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the return.

12. Click & Collect
Wait for your confirmation email before collecting orders. Collection is usually available within 1 working day.
